An advanced development system like Astrobe is only as good as the support that
comes with it.
If you have any technical questions related to Astrobe, the Oberon-07 language,
or programming NXP LP2000-family devices using Astrobe, complete the request form
below.
NOTE: If the problem is related to compilation or linking you may
need to provide a copy of the source code of the shortest program which demonstrates
the error and a copy of any relevant diagnostic and error messages. Report
the problem here and then await further instructions before sending your source
code.
Evaluation Edition Users
- Register your details before posting your first request.
- You are eligible for technical support using the form below for a period of 30
days from when you started to use the system.
- Leave the Registration Number field blank.
Personal / Professional Edition Users
- You are eligible for technical support using the form below while your support
period is still active.
- Enter your Astrobe Registration Number on the form to ensure that your
request is treated with the appropriate priority.

A few seconds or so after you

is also emailed to you. If you do not receive it shortly check that you entered
your correct email address on the form.
On business days Professional Edition users should receive a reply by email within 24 hours. At
all other times you should receive a reply on the next business day at the latest. Users of other editions are treated on a first-come / first-served
basis after all outstanding Professional Edition requests have been processed.
